Everyone is so welcoming. The staff is always cheerful and make me feel welcome whenever I stop in. The store is filled with beautiful pieces and there is something unique here for everyone.

Love all things JA! We have collected items for years. We got to finally visit the Chicago store. Dwight helped out my wife and was wonderfully helpful!

Staff was very helpful and even had an item that is no longer available, the employee happened to find the last one in the back room! Very glad I went in here.:)

Highly recommend even if you don't live in area. Called once from New York City. Ginny the store manager was incredibly helpful finding me items that were out of stock in the city. Incredibly patient with me, customer service via phone call was something you will never receive anywhere else. She went above and beyond and still does. When items arrived they were wrapped and boxed so beautifully and delicately. I've ordered from here now multiple times. Cannot recommend enough. It is also a beautiful store if you are able to visit or live in area. Staff are friendly and a different fun JA store look than ones in the city.

I went in to purchase a gift for my friend’s wedding. I was greeted so warmly by the 2 associates that were there. They were sooo friendly and helpful. Super engaging one of their names was Jean and I didn’t catch the other lovely ladies name but both were fantastic! The store is magical! Great job!
